Cheap unlimited texting cell phone plans?

Any good cellphone plans with unlimited texting THAT IS CHEAP… like less then $300 a year? Please… only $400 tops!

Unlimited texting with AT&T is $15/month. Thats less than $200/year.
Family texting is $30/month for unlimited up to 5 lines, boils down to about $6/line per month.

T-Mobile has some too. It’s $19.95 per month for the family plan ($14.99 for the single line) and that’s about $240 a year for the family plan and $180 a year for unlimited texting. I forget Verizon’s and Sprint’s plans, but of the big four, T-Mobile has the cheapest texting rates (and includes picture messaging, video messaging, emails, audio notes, etc).
